try to check the settings of the phone. see if you have call barring for incoming activated

~ call barring
~ make sure all incoming calls is set to DEACTIVATED
you can also try to check if call divert is also set

When you close the phone,it locks the exposed keys to prevent any unwanted phone operations, from accidentally pressing
any of the keys. To unlock the keypad, press
<Unlock> and then <OK>.
if that phone even does video calling, i would check its specs first. you have to bve in the phone call and the other person has to have it as well then you go to your options anmd it will say
"video start" or 'capture video talk" if it doesnt say these its a good chance you dont have it, if it does and it just doesnt work, your receipient doesnt have it
