Maybe there is such a kind of bad sectors on the hard disk.
You can use softwares to improve flash / hard drive.
Can be downloaded for free, it's freeware.
I recommend, HDD REGENERATOR, which can repairing without deleting the data (if there is data).
If the flash does not contain data, try reformatted.
Can also initialize from the device manager.
Or if necessary, run FDISK.

1st You download Webcam Driver.
I need a driver to install it, web cam logitech rating 5v 100ma pid LZ702BC, p/n 861223-0000
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

1. you just need to see your ID Product (PID) and ID Vendor (VID), you can use this software to find your PID and VID, USB VIEW, for reference see this picture

2. visit this web http://flashboot.ru/iflash.html to find correct software for your flashdisk, just filled up at box like search.

3. or after you know the VID and PID you can contact me to find correct software for your pen drive type.
