I have a Sennheiser MM100 Bluetooth headphones that has stopped responding. It will not turn on/off and the LED light is blinking a continuous blue. How do I get it to function again?

Found this online. Hope it helps you out.

Switching the headset on
To switch the headset on:
Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds.
An ascending confirmation beep is heard in the headset and the LED indicates the current operating mode. Flashing in blue indicates that the battery charge status is OK; flashing in red indicates a low
battery (see page 6).
The LED flashes several times every second:
The headset is paired to one or several Bluetooth devices and tries to connect to one of these devices.
The LED flashes slowly (once every second):
The headset is paired to one or several Bluetooth devices. However, there is no current connection because the
Bluetooth device is switched off or out of range.
The LED flashes once every 3 seconds:
The headset is paired to one or several Bluetooth devices. However, there is neither an audio transmission nor an active call.
The LED is glowing slowly every 4 seconds:
The headset is paired to one or several Bluetooth devices, a sound file is received via A2DP and played back or
paused.
The LED flashes once every second:
The headset is paired to one or several Bluetooth devices and there is currently an active call.
If you switch on the headset and keep the Play/Pause button pressed for 5 seconds, the headset will go into pairing mode (see ?Pairing the headset? on page 9).
The LED flashes alternatingly in red and blue for up to 60 seconds:
The headset is not yet paired to any Bluetooth device. Pair it as described under ?Pairing the headset? on page 9.

Hi, i have bought a new Nokia bluetooth headset BH503, but it is not able to pair with my mobile phone Nokia E71, apparently my phone is not able to detect the bluetooth headset. It shows " No...

Hi ttc81,

Please make sure that your phone's bluetooth is in shown to all mode and not in hidden mode.

Also check if there are any particular instructions in your bluetooth headset's manual for pairing a device.

If the above procedure does not work , try to pair the bluetooth with another mobile phone and if it gets paired , then it means that your bluetooth is not compatible with Nokia E71.

Hope this helps ...:) Let me know in case you have any queries.

I need the password for my bluetooth explorer 390

If you forgot your password, please try below instructions:
How to Pair Your Headset If it Has Been Previously Paired With Another Device:
1. Turn the headset off. Press and hold the call control button until the indicator turns red and then turns off.
2. Turn the headset on. Press and hold the call control button until the indicator light continues to flash red and blue. The headset is now in pairing mode.
3. Use the commands on your phone to locate your headset. For most phones, select Settings/Tools > Connections > Bluetooth > Search > 3xxPlantronics. See your phone's user guide for more information.
4. If prompted for the PiN code/passkey, enter 0000.
Pairing is successful when the indicator on your headset flashes blue. Your headset is now connected and ready to use.
NOTE This headset is equipped with Secure Simple Pairing (SSP). If your phone supports SSP, you will not have to follow step 4; you will instead see a message on your phone alerting you to a successful pairing.

I have a LG HBM-310 and I do Not have a passkey can you help

It's '0000' (four zeros). If you need further details on how to pair it with your phone, you must put your headset in pairing mode first. Starting with it turned off, press and hold the power button (on its side), until the indicator light is steadily lit in blue (make sure you don't release the button when the light starts to flash as if the headset was being turned on). Only then, make your phone search for new devices. After a while, the HBM-310 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. There might be an indication that a bluetooth headset is connected, too. The pairing process between any two bluetooth enabled devices should be performed only once. All subsequent connections between them should be achieved simply by bringing them within each other's range (with their bluetooth radios turned on, of course). At most, a simple press on the call button should suffice.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.

Please, let me know if I can help you any further.
Regards, Carlos

How do I pair my ipod touch to LG vx9100 passkey?

Hi log in,
You need to enter the same code for both the devices. Often some devices would have codes fixed beforehand, so now the other device has to enter that same code. Either way, if you can't get them paired, there might be a problem regarding the difference in brands.

BlueTooth/ Insignia Mp3 Player

If you access the settings menu on the player, you'll see the bluetooth settings. You'll need to turn on the bluetooth radio. Then on your bluetooth device you'll need to activate the "pairing" sequence. With both devices set to "pairing", look back on the player and check to see if it found the receiver in the bluetooth settings. You'll probably be asked to input a passkey. If the device doesn't require a passkey, then just accept and start playing music.

If you need more specific instructions, let me know and also include what device you are trying to pair with. I'll walk you through it.
