Yes, but how? It doesn't stay put and the button thing on it doesn't fit under the hole it's supposed to. The baffle doesn't stay put long enough to put the drip tray back in place! And there's a sort of semi circular piece in the back that doesn't fit anywhere as far as I can see.

I left a screw in my jacket that got washed now the screw is lodged between the steel drum and plastic shell, you can hear it scraping when you spin the drum, how do i get to it and get it out

Try to remove one of the plastic baffles inside the spin basket. They are held in place by one phillips head screw. If you take that screw out you should be able to slide the baffle toward you and remove it. Sometimes, but not always, in manufacturing they move a little catch to keep the baffle from moving; in that case it will be hard to slide it. If you can get one baffle out, you will have a pretty good size opening to look for your screw.

My machine unable to complete program its saying check coin trap? where is the coin trap?

To find your coin trap:Loot at the front of the machine, and at the bottom-left is the coin trap.Put towels in front of the machine to mop up any water (it's going to get wet).It opens anti-clockwise (remember righty-tightie, leftie-loosey), but you need to move the little bit of yellow plastic (12-oclock position) up first. The machine dose come with a little tool to do this, but you may have lost it. You can move the bit of plastic up by carefully using a flat screwdriver, and turning the round plastic with your other hand. Don't force anything. After you remove it, just swim over to your machine and remove the yellow thing in the middle by pulling it gently towards you. Clean out the coins/paperclips/buttons that you find in there.Push back on the yellow bit into the coin tray, tighten back on the cover the coin tray (the yellow thing at the top will 'click' back).Using a mop, take the opportunity to clean the kitchen floor now that it is all wet.

When I switch on an error is occuring : Dredgdraw

Hi
Dredge drawer is the big box on the bottom right. That is where the grounds are dumped. Remove the drip tray and pull the drawer out about half way. Push it back in with 1 finger on the right side of the drawer. That should clear the message. If it comes back on when you put in the drip tray, there is a section of the drip tray that can be removed to stop that. On the right side of the drip tray is a notch. Inside that notch is a thin piece of plastic. It curls up on the right side. Cut out the piece that curls up (just the piece that curls, about an inch). When you push in the drip tray that curl lifts the dredge drawer and knocks it out of position.
The white thing on the side is for the cappuccinatore. It slides on with a twist. The hose goes into your milk. You twist the little knob on the top when it is steaming until the milk goes up the tube and produces the foam. Once you get the foam going you won't have to move the knob again. Just keep everything clean.

Baffle loose (Can see hole when moving baffle)

Hi there :)

The baffles are held in by 2 quarter inch screws per baffle. The only way to get to them is by taking off the top lid of the dryer.

Good luck.

The touch lift drip tray is broken its the plastic shaft that holds it together so its unusable.. I think someone lifted the machine by the lift tray or the shipper put the box upside down and it broke.......

The entire machine need to be taken apart to repair the auto drip tray. I would reccommend a Authorized Service Center to replace the tray. It is again not a simple fix.
