1. Figure out the make and model of cell phone you have.
2. Look for your user manual.
3. Read the user manual.

If you don't have a user manual;

4. Refer to step 1.
5. Do a web search for your make and model user manual online.
6. See step 3.

If you have admin access you can still access your data under the Windows system.

Go to Users folder and browse through the old users data. You can copy the data over to your existing account.


You can attempt to recover the user account via this web page, but read warnings about loosing all data first!

Try the procedure on page 184 of the owners manual. Heres the link:http://www.zoom.co.jp/archive/English_Manual/E_MRS1608.pdf If it won't completely download keep hitting refresh. I had the same problem downloading. the InitFac will restore the system files but will supposedly not affect user created data. In any case read the whole thing carefully. I don;\'t have one but I downloaded the manual to try and help. Let me know how you make out.

im not 100% sure, but when i was reading the user manual of the tocco, it said something about a "flight" setting which users wireless networks, same thing as when you on a plane, if you read you user manual it should tell you what it actuall means x

You can get the data back. But I hope you did not install anything and _only_ formatted the drive.

First of all, put this hard disk in a PC that has windows xp already working fine. If you are able to see this hard disk, that is if it shows in the Right-clcik My Computer -> Computer Management -> Disk Management, then you will be able to recover.

It's a single file once you uncompress it. You might need winrar from http://www.rarlabs.com to unrar it if you do not already have it.

Once you unrar it, extract it to your desktop and just double click it. It has many utilities but just click the Data Recovery button and everything is self explanatory from there. Read the quick user guide and user manual if needed.
