When I go through the control panel and test them, they are working fine. The LED light is on. When I actually try and play a song, say on Youtube, then no sound comes out of them. It is an Acer PC and Acer speakers.

well, if you put the green cable on the green connector on your sound card, you,ll be fine, and see if work, fine, depending on your configuration speakers, 5.1 or 2 way, you can test if the sound go on the 2 speakers.you also check if something is bad with the other speakers
