I went through the manual.........
Take pg no: 30 of this manual www.retrevo.com/support/Audiovox-VE927-TVs-manual/id/3068dj099/t/2/
In this manual it is given if there is no picture : The region number of the disc doesn't match the region number of this unit.
Please read this manual and i hope it will solve your problem......
Please visit the service center, Because it is difficult for the one who do not have knowledge background in this field to fix it manually ourselves.....
