It depends on the kind of warranty that you have. If it covers accidental damage, you dont need to pay anything.

Diagonizing and analysing this problem, it's obvious that the orange light means battery low.
Have u ever tried charging the laptop with another charger/adapter?
If no try it because some adapters/chargers don't work with some laptops. Also be careful to use the recommended adapter, some can spoil the laptop's panel.

Hi i have this problem i dont know if its bad or not but every night i turn off my lap top and let it charge over night then this morning when i log on to my user my battery says 4% plugged in, not...

This can be a couple of things. The battery, the charger, the internal charging circuit, or the connector.

The battery is not that old but just enough that you could see problems depending on how you use or charge. If you drained it a lot or never used it on the battery this can happen. If the battery was the problem then you would see very short run times when it was fully charged. For example it may run down in say 10-15 minutes or less. The battery may still be under warranty. If you feel a hot spot on the bottom of the laptop after charging overnight this usually means the battery has a problem. The heat is from the charging circuit working pretty hard.

The adapter or charger can be bad but rather rare for it to happen. Usually they work or they don't. Again should be under warranty.

The internal charging circuitry can be having a problem. Not common at all but it happens. Again will be covered by warranty.

Last is the charging plug. This is the connector where the adapter plugs into the laptop. If the plug has been damaged or is loose it won't charge properly. The way to check this is to plug the adapter in and then gently move it around if the plug moves or doesn't feel secure then this has a problem. Usually when this happens the lights on the laptop may flash off and on as it makes proper contact. This may be covered under warranty. When it isn't they will say it is user abuse.

It may take you a bit of watching to see what the problem is. It could be a one time thing ie the connector wasn't plugged in right. It can be a bad battery. Batteries can go quickly but normally they fail fairly slowly over time. You need to check if you have warranty. All of this should be covered on a ~18 month old laptop but you may only have had a 1 year oem warranty.
If you have to pay for anything a battery is $40-$80, a power adapter about $50. The charging circuit requires a new mainboard and the plug depending on the model either requires a new mainboard as its built in or the plug is a seperate piece which can run from $5 to about $100. The battery and the plug are the most common cause for this type of problem.

This problem is either due to your power adapter, wall plug or the back of your lap top where the power adapter goes into. My guess would be the power adapter, they are infamous for going bad. Try wiggling the cord that connects to the power brick (black box) from your lap top.

Battery not charging.when it is connected its work on pc but not charging

Let me get this straight. The lap top works when the power adapter is plugged into it but the battery will not charge. If that is the case you would probably need a new battery.

It could be one of three things. It could be a bad battery, a bad ac adapter, or the recharging circuitry could be bad. I would try pulling the battery out, and see if the laptop will startup and run strictly off of the ac adapter. If that does not work, you have a bad ac adapter. If that works, and the battery has any charge left, try running it strictly on the battery. If it doesnt work, you have a bad battery. If it does work, the circuitry is bad and you will probably need new motherboard. One other thing you can check is where the ac adapter and battery plug into the laptop, and make sure there is no corrosion that could be causing a short.
