Don't know the first thing about using my Canon Power Shot Pro 1. I need a one-on-one, face to face instructor in San Francisco, CA. How can I find one?

Just go to any Canon outlets and ask the sales person to demonstrate the model for you..

You can download the user manual from HERE if you wish..

Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here.

P.S. - If you find that the solution/answerI provided led you to, or resulted in a fix, please close the ticket with a FixYa!rating. I would be very grateful for your show of appreciation.

I need to have a Fuji S20 Pro, and a Kodak P880 cleaned, adjusted and overall adjust to the Factory Specs.

The best way to do this is to fine a kodak certified service centre close to you for the P880 and a Fuji certified service centre close to you for the S20 Pro. But first ask them what they will charge you, because lager is expensive and it could cost almost as much as a new camera.

How much for memory card canonpowershot a75

That depends on the size and speed of the card(s) you choose. The A75 uses CompactFlash Type 1 cards. You don't really need a fast card.

Have a canon g9..did not drop it was using it in digital zoom mode..shot 10 picsthen went to turn of..lens would not retract...I shut off..turned back on it said lens error..restart camera...I have tried...

Camera just has a lens error and will need to be fixed. There is a great place that just does the service exclusively on the Canon Powershots and they do fabulous work on these. It runs $89 with them for everything, parts / labor and the service for the camera. The site is: www.camerasandparts.com Hope that helps you some. If you need a hand with one of these models, they're the place as they do exceptional work and they are completely reasonable with their flat-rate pricing for these models. Good luck with it.

I have the SD790 IS, and the zoom button seems to be stuck/sticking making it very difficult to get the camera to zoom (or playback to zoom) however, when it does, it "jumps" to where it wants to...

The SD790 has a problem with the power button and sometimes the zoom switch, thankfully they are on the same assembly. You can get a new part for $35 incl shipping, or have it installed for just $30 more.

Another design flaw of this camera is:

If you haven't checked the screws recently on the handstrap side of your SD790 to make sure they are tight, I would advise doing so. Actually, take them out and secure them with Locktite, because if you don't they will fall out and the whole side of your camera will fall off.

If you need the zoom switch replaced, I happen to know the shop linked below would check and secure your screws for you at no additional cost!

I have a canon 2.1 Mega pixeks but they didn't give the software of the machine .i don,t know how to use it to put the photos into my comper, can you help me?

Hi, first you will need a card reader. Depending on the camera you can get a 12 in 1 card reader by San Disk for about $30. It is very fast and reliable. It uses a USB connection that you just plug into your computer, then take the memory card from your camera and insert it into the proper location on the card reader. A window will pop up asking you what you want to do, just follow the directions.

CAN I UPLOAD PICS FROM MY SONY CYBERSHOT W55 USING A SANDISK??

what do you mean nothing happens???
the memory stick pro duo should fit right into the sony cybershot....
if your struggling to load your photos onto your computer buy a universal memory card reader!
you should try and use a memory stick in a camera that needs an sd though!
