Yes. This worked seemlessly with my MacBook Pro. So now I know that the weird pink-ish haze and black screen problems I was having before are due to the other computer I had it connected with. But the second I attached it to the MacBook Pro it instantly went into mirroring mode and detected the monitor. Very sweet!

These are great monitors but the power supplies have a bad habit of failing. We have an article posted on our web site at: http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/xerox-xg-91d-monitor-repair/ That shows what goes out, how to get to the boards and a full parts list to do the repair. If you don't want to do the repair yourself we do offer a repair service, that information can be found here: http://www.ccl-la.com/blog/index.php/service-request-form/ If you have any questions please let us know.
I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.
This could be a back-light problem, it can be caused by a faulty inverter board which supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp or the CCFL lamp is faulty. The CCFL lamp is a mini fluro tube.

Most tech stores have adapters for this kind of issue. Try BestBuy, CompUSA, or Radio Shack. I would call first and describe what two ends you need the adapter for, i.e. 15-pin male --> 15-pin male. If you are trying to connect an Apple device with a PC device, they have adapters for that too.
Faulty capacitor(s) has ben mentioned by a computer repair man elsewhere in these solutions. I returned mine to the factory and was told they replaced an 'inverter' ?
