WHY I CANT FIND THE RIGHT SITE TO DIWNLOAD GAMES FOR MOBIGO

the only answer is that somebody used them that the only answer

My son's is doing the same thing just emailed vtech as well

same problem here trying to download games with the 3 free v coins im lucky enough i got one but cant get anymore couldnt get into download centre at all lastnight i put it down to being busy with everyone trying to get the games

had the same prob with my son. the games are fun the wife and i couldn't help it.
1. take out the batteries then hold the "on" button for 45 sec replace batteries
2. go to your vtech mobigo acct edit your childs name to "family" or something
3. now add the child you wanted to "reset" now switch mobigo from "family" to new child
4. plug mobigo into pc and the progress log should be reset
thats what worked for me hope this helps

I too had this problem... if u are using the learning lodge cd ... it wont work (the version is too old) uninstall the old version and go to www.vtechkids.com/downloads and download the latest version of the learning lodge navigator. once u do that ... connect the mobigo... it will reinstall all the necessary software and fix the problem. ours is working perfectly now. the manual should have stated "always make sure u have the latest version of the software" or there should be an update button on the current version to always check for updates :)

Hi Julie, my granddaughter's mobigo is doing the same thing...have you figured out the problem? I don't know what to do either.Mary

I have the same problem. Contacted the manufacturer and they said that all of the brand new game cartridges must be defective. I find that hard to believe that five brand new games are defective. Any solutions?

When I connect to the web site Mobigo can't recognize USB device. Please help, I'm tired.....and really mad about it!!!!

You need to download the Learning Lodge application. Go to Vtechkids site. They should have it there.
