You need to know all these information to do get going.You can download the same by visiting the website http://support.lexmark.com/index?locale=en&page=product&productCode=LEXMARK_X1270&segment=SUPPORT&userlocale=EN_US&frompage=null#1
Even here, you need to be careful
to download the correct software for your PC. You need to be exact with the
Printer Model number and the OS that you are using.
To install just Double clock on
the driver setup.exe file and go on clicking 'Next' until you get the 'Finish'
option and restart the PC.
