I have a manual for the Bravetti Food Processor Model EP 199 that I am just getting ready to put up for sale on Ebay. I can copy the pages of the manual and send them in a email to you if you would like. Just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can send it to you!
I had the same problem. I noticed that the bowl has to be on and locked in for anything to work. THE MAIN issue though is that the piece from the lid slides in to turn an actuator. well it doesn't turn it far enough to engage it. so all you have to do is add something to the turning actuator to give it that extra 5 degrees to turn on. This is not an official fix. Just a quick fix. I will be leaving it there forever. So the problem is not power or anything electrical. it is the mechanical turning of that piece that is the culprit.
