Use another computer that has Internet access to download the drivers, then copy the drivers onto an USB memory stick. Use this memory stick to install the video driver onto your computer.

1st You download Webcam Driver. Crazy talk program from Gearhead wont take sn's After this install the Webcam driver in the system. Installation of Webcam Driver Go to the control panel Click on the System Icon Click on the Hardware Tab Click on the Device Manager s Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it. Right click on it and uninstall it. After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes. Driver installation Wizard start. Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next. Driver will be install.
Borrow another pc to download the driver from HP and then copy it to a diskette, cd, pen drive...etc to transfer it to the other machine. On occasion, HP won't have the drivers available and you'll need to look on a drivers download site to find it.
I had the same problem. I download the latest version of easy transfer. The driver is in this version. My computer still could not find the driver. I went into the program file where easy transfer was downloaded and copied the driver file for Windows XP or whatever version you use, to a cd. Opened up my device manager found the usb controller with a yellow question mark, double clicked the yellow question mark and clicked reinstall driver. Then you choose the custom install and tell it to look on your cd. It should install the driver. I restarted my computer. Your files should transfer.
Have you tried saving them to your documents after you have extracted the file first. What size are the patterns. If they are too big they will not transfer properly.
