Question about Computers & Internet
I have been trying to connect to blackplanet.com for several weeks andcannot. My internet connection is fine. I am using windows xp and allthe other sites i go to are fine. When i try going to blackplanet.comit loads slowly and then it tells me the server may be down orsomething. I don't know what to do
I have tried using IE and Firefox and the same thing happens
I need help on why a website just stopped loading. It worked fine for about 2 years, and then last week it will not load the sign in page . It's www.Ioffer.com . I got no where with IOffer help. What is stopping it from loading? By the way it load's on my Lap Top in the same house.

Try to change the DNS address to a global dns
Prefered as 188.8.131.52
alternate as 184.108.40.206
and see it works if it works then you need to contact and you ISP and ask for DNS address from them .

Make sure you have the most current http://www.java.com updates you might not have java installed or not working properly for websites.
if your not sure if java is installed correctly go to the java website and they will tell you how to set it up if you have it installed but its not running correctly.
I viewed the source code of the website blackplanet.com and found it delt with alot of java scripting this is my reasoning behind you updating and making sure that java is working correctly on your computer
I hope this helps and you get it working.
if you are still having problems after this please let me know and I will see what other ideas I can come up with to solve this issue.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
