Hey it seems that your integrated cam is not even connected with your computer so my educated guess is that its not a software problem but rather an internal problem. I have open one of my laptops and have found a loose connection on the web cam but its very time consuming and you really need to know what you are doing. Its no walk in the park. Plus if you send it out to be repaired you have to wait for some three weeks to get it back and you probably have to spend about $300 bucks on it. May i suggest you save up and save up for a nice web cam.

Tips for a great answer:
make sure that the sound card is securely seated with no
dust in the socket then uninstall the sound card restart your computer and
reinstall the sound card and its drivers
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer
management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might
see a yellow question mark? Right click to uninstall http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Codec-Windows-Vista-Windows-7-32-bit/3000-2120_4-10788600.html free sound drivers
hope this helps
