Assassin's Creed Liberation is an Assassin's Creed game that first came out for PS Vita the same time as Assassin's Creed III. There was a DLC with the Black Flag Gold edition for PS4, PC and Xbox. The players enjoyed it and so there was a demand to bring the game out for other major gaming platforms. Then the Assassin's Creed Liberation HD was released for those. I hope you have your answer.
First of all, no one will give up their profile name and/or password. Second of all you can go onto ubisoft.com and request (via "contact us") a new code.
This is because the Playstation Network is currently undergoing maintenance due to a recent hacking of their network. We are all still waiting for the Network to be fully restored, until then you cannot play and PS3 games online.
Occasionally, games will just have a software problem. There's nothing that can be done about this. Just go back to where you bought it and exchange it for a new copy. The new copy shouldn't have the same problem. Sorry you got a bad copy, it's a bummer.
