Try a hard reset first: Unplug the tv from wall socket, undo all cabling and wait for about 2 hours. Now redo all cabling and plug in the TV to power source and see if it works. (Make sure that the wall socket is actually working in the first place!)
Should the issue still occur, it could be a problem with the power board, which will require testing by a qualified technician to isolate the issue. You will need to get the TV serviced in this case...
