remove that cd carrier and replace it with a proper one that fit that place.

See IF YOU CAN EJECT WHILE THE CAR IS IN OFF POSITION. or else, remove the head by a qualified person or refer to the manual.

See if the cd is not fully inserted, take another cd and gently try to put it into the cd player to push any stuck cds back in. If this does not work you will need to replace the radio.

I have a cd stuck in my factory cd player, i have an 05 dodge ram 1500, the cd will play but wen i push the eject button the cd switches to the radio and does not eject out


the cd mechanism is probably bad. the only way to repair it is to replace the cd mechanism. it probably has a clarion cd mechanism.

If the ejectection is not working, try turning it off. Then press and hold eject button while turning back on. If it still is not coming out, then you may have to pull off the top of the player and manually remove it. You may have a bad gear or motor or the cd is somehow jammed.
