If you have gone through the installation process there the option has come,
you have to chose delete partition, then press c to create partition option, it is all written on down portion of the screen

Do you have any extra things plugged into the usb ports? (external hard drive,Ipod,Flash drive) anything like that can sometimes cause pc's to hang at boot they will try to boot to that device instead of your hard drive

Hi there Hit F2 on boot up and go into the Bios settings, look for the boot order and change it to HDD as first boot device, hit F10 and save and exit. The PC will restart and should boot into the hard drive.
If you mean the computer is emitting a series of "beeps", then I would try reseating the memory modules. If that doesn't work, try using only one memory module at a time to determine if one might be defective.
