Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Take out the ink cartridges out of the Printer and unplug the power cortd from the All-In-One and wall outlet.
Now with a lint free cloth and purified or drinking water (Make sure the cloth is not soked with water it should only be minstioned.
Now make sure in the ink catridges you had taken the plastic tabs, Then clean the metal conta contacts only with the moistned cloth make sure you do not touch the metal contacts.
And also clean the metal contacts in the printer aswell.
Make sure they are dried.
Now connect the power cord directly to a wall out let without surg protector and connect iy to the All-In-One as well,
And then insert the ink cartridges and wait it will print a alignment page.
