I cannot access my primary account or my alternet account. My computer will not except either password, I have opened a new account but I need my mail and contact people from my primary account

First things first: you must gain access to your existing email account by typing that into the first open field. If your current password is refused when typed into the password field, you should be prompted to "reset password" or "forgot password?". Follow those prompts and reset your password to regain access to your existing emails. Once that account is opened you may then create a new and different email address from the account homepage. However, your present email address will still receive emails sent to that address. Only mail addressed to the new email address will be sent there. You can use one address for your primary or important mail and the other for personal mail.

you will need to have an alternate Email account already set up to recieve anouther password. if you do not have an alternet email account make one contact Google, and have them manually send you your password to the new account.

Sign in to the Gmail account that you want to use to manage your Gmail accounts.

Click the "Settings" icon, represented by a gear cog, in the top left and click "Mail Settings."

Click the "Accounts and Import" tab.

Click the "Add POP3 Email Account" button.

Enter the email address of your secondary email account and then click "Next Step."

Enter the password of your secondary email account and then click "Add Account."

Click the radio button beside "Yes, I want to be able to send email as
[SECONDARY EMAIL ADDRESS]" and then click "Next Step."

Enter the display name for your secondary email address and then click "Next Step."

Click "Send Verification" and then check your secondary email account.
Click the link contained in the verification email to confirm the integration of that account with your primary Gmail account.

All mail sent to your secondary Gmail is now delivered to your primary account, and when responding your secondary Gmail address is displayed in the From section of the email.

Reset My Gmail Password

Sign in to your Gmail account with your user name and password.

A new window will open.

Type your current password, then type your new password.
Type the new password again for confirmation.

possibly wrong password? passwords are case sensitive and there is a way to reset your password or get it sent to you by clicking forgot password after you enter your email address but it may need an alternate email address in order to send you the info otherwise it will just ask you some security questions that you would have arranged during the set up process of ur account and after answering them all correctly it will alow you to reset or change your password

You need to login to PayPal using your old email address and password.

Go into Profile and My Details.
Select Update in the Email Line.
Select Add and enter your new email address.
Once the new email address is added you need to select the black dot next to it and then click Make Primary

May be you are typing the password wrongly or your account has been compromised.
Try resetting your account password by going to Forgot Password Option.

No chance of deletion of your old and original e.mail address, unless and until you decides to cancel by giving notification to cancel using settings for e.mail address. Try to open old e.mail address and enter password, if you forgotton, below it shows some words to fill or type in the box, try untill you will get your password try and try again and again.
