Everytime i put a new fuse into my amp the fuses fry instantly.

the fuse is frying instantley because you have a direct short. have you tryed disconnecting the speaker leads from the amplifyer? if disconnecting the speaker leads works then you had a short in your speaker or speaker wire.

Do i need the speaker out lead 2 use it??

ever computer speaker has a cord for connecting it to the pc. in most cases just a single cord does the trick (you do not need the out 2 lead to use it) unless it is a sophisticated speaker such as one for studios.
good luck

Radio turns on but no sound 1999 dodge intrepid

If all your connections are made correctly its is possible that one or more of the speakers have shorted out. Some radios will shut down the internal amplifier if it sees a problem.
Best way to check is to remove the radio and access the speaker leads. One speaker at a time take a battery like a 9v and put the positive and negative leads on the terminals of the battery. If the speaker is connected correctly than you should hear the speaker pop. Don't worry it will not damage the speaker. If you do not hear the speaker pop than there is issue between the wire leads and the speaker. Maybe the speaker is blown or just disconnected in the door.
If all the speakers DO pop when you applied the voltage than it is an issue with the deck.
Hope this helps.

How to wire 2 opti1533d by lanzar with the optidrive 2000d amp? how do i wire them if i put 1 amp on each sub

your speakers are 1 ohm per voice coil, dual oice coil. your amp is no lower than 2 ohms stable mono.

the proper way to wire this so that you do not burn out the amp is to run the 2 vioce coils in series. run the positive lead from the amp into the positive lead of one of the voice coils, then run a jumper wire from the same voice coil's negative lead to the same speaker's 2nd voice coil's positive input. then run from the 2nd voice coil's negative back to the amplifier's negative speaker lead.

you will be running for each speaker/amplifier set: amp + to terminal set 1 +, terminal set 1 - to terminal set 2 +, then terminal set 2 - to amp -

I just bot Pioneer speaker CH26861...4 wires to 2 leads...

I would tie both + from the speakers to the radio, and both - as well. This will give an equal amount of power to both speakers and reduce the chance of blowing a speaker. As for +&- on the speakers, It is usually marked on the black piece right by the terminals. As little power as you are putting to the speakers, it doesn't really matter which way you hook them up, as long as they are both hooked up the same.
