My computer will not show video, no matter what kind or like in my E-mails and i have noticed that the commercials on the web pages does the same thing, why

have audio, no picture, when you first go to the video it trys to show ,then goes blank.

Hello,

I would do a few things here: Update your web browser to the latest version as well as your media apps. (Windows Media Player, Roxi, Apple, etc.) Reboot your system and retry.

Possible that the browser is blocked or locked . If you are the administrator then check the settings and reset to allow the pop up.
Use a good anti virus and protection so that the system OS is protected. Make sure that the required players are installed to play the video for the formats required.
