Is it a bottom mount machine, freezer on the bottom?if the door doesn't close all the way and the alarm is on this could be your problem, the warm air gets in and freezes up the air ducts.look on the ceiling of the freezer and on the lite,if there's ice or like snow there the door was left open.also check the inside back wall of the freezer, touch it and see if there's any ice or like snow on the inside back wall, you could have a defrost problem or like i said before the door could be stuck open, look for frozen water droplets on your food packages or on the ceiling of the freezer,if so shut down the machine, pull out the food in the freezer and with a hair dryer heat the back inside wall of the freezer for like 15 to 30 minutes, turn it on,if you can feel cold air blowing into the fridge section you should be fine, you might have a package or i've seen people install the door draw in backwards and the alarm will go off because the door isn't closing correctly.let me know what you find and where the alarm is coming from, the freezer or the fridge side.good luck and happy holidays to you.

Bosch Series 2 KGN34NWEAG Fridge Freezer. The alarm sounding/not cooling in fridge compartment.

Call them out under warranty. the circulation fan is normally at the back of the fridge. On such a new fridge, so shouldn't need to be fixing issues. A fan is an 'electrical component', not an electronic item.

Westinghouse virtuoso the alarm keeps going off fridge not cooling freezer is not freezing. Help!

Try adding refrigerant or freon. The Alarm just warns you that it's not cooling or freezing and your food is thawing out. Check the fan if you hear the fan running it should be the coolant needs to be put in it. Or it could possibly be both.

These fridges go through all sorts of cycles, the defrost cycle is probably the noisiest, strange sounds are ok, it will tell you when something serious is wrong, alerts & alarms.

Whirlpool WBM39MW alarm when door opened

Just had one of these with the blinking light, fan pulsating and no cooling. The fault is the power supply section in the control module at the back. It is a 2uF 400VAC capacitor going open circuit. make sure you replace this capacitor with something equal or better rated - it is critical

Fridge does not cool

Sounds like ice built up on the evaporator coils inside the freezer. thus hindering air flow to the refridgerator section. Is there ice build up in the freezer? This is assuming the temperature control didn't get changed inadverttily.

Hope this helps

Fridge freezer not cooling from new - buttons not working

Sounds like an air flow problem from the freezer section to the refer section. Check that nothing is blocking the air vents, and that the dampers are operating properly (they control the flow of air). Of course if it's under warranty... call the service techs out.
