Question about Televison & Video
If you take a look at your computer's DVD or CD drive tray, it should have a tiny round hole. Look close because it's only about 1/16-inch in diameter. Does your DVR disc tray have a similar tiny round hole?
This hole is for ejecting the tray if there is no power. You take a paper clip and unfold and straighten it and insert it in the hole. It should go in about 1/2 to 1 inch before it hits the unlatch mechanism. You shouldn't have to push in very hard to unlatch. If it does unlatch, the tray will pop out about 1/4" and you simply pull it out by hand the rest of the way.
I hope this helps you out.
