Temp controll just flashes 00 and unit not running

If it has humidity control and the cool is still on but set temp is higher than the room temp, the humidity control will override set temp. If it has no %rh control then it probably has a circuit board fault; micro relay is stuck closed and board needs to be replaced. Its probably the circuit board. On it, there is a little black box(s). About 1" X 1/2" in size. With long run times the small contacts inside will fuse/melt together.

Programming Procedure:
The replacement control board is not programmed The Refrigerator will not operate without a code selected. It is important to program the control board with the correct code. Product must be powered up to program. If no code has been programmed the display will display 00 or flashing 00.
Note: The program code for this refrigerator is located on the serial plate on this unit after the word Code.
1. Open the fresh food door and hold the fresh food door light switch closed while pushing the freezer temperature down key pad 3 times consecutively.
2. Release the Fresh Food door light switch.
3. The control will display PE to confirm entry into the programming mode.
4. Entry is confirmed by pressing the Freezer Down key once more.
5. The control will display no Program Code.
6. To set the desired Program Code number, press the Freezer and Refrigerator UP keys. The corresponding digit will be advanced with each key press.
7. Once the desired Program Code is displayed, press the Freezer DOWN Key until the Program Code begins flashing indicating it has been saved.
Note: If you attempt to enter an invalid Program Code the control will not save the code, but will flash Program Code 00, (The unit will NOT run with a Program Code of 00).
8. Once the Program Code has been saved the Programming Mode is exited by closing the Refrigerator door(s).
Note: If you to enter a wrong Program Code the control can be reprogrammed by restarting the procedure from the beginning.

Unfortunately, I would have started with the sensors and then escalated from there. A hot tub is one of those items that I generally recommend hiring a technician to sort out, it's just flat not worth the headache of troubleshooting without the know-how.

As for your particular problem, the OH code on a Balboa control pack is "O.ver H.eating" it means that the heat sensor detected high temp and shut down to prevent damage to the system (as well as cooking you like a pink lobster) The sensor could be bad or the control board could be malfunctioning. A new sensor is $75-85 if memory serves me and is relatively easy to replace. one sensor is in the heating tube and the other is screwed into the tub shell to monitor tub temp. I would suggest new sensors, both of them because when one goes out the other usually isn't far behind. Make sure you shut the power to the tub off at the breaker box before doing any kind of tub repair. If you have shutoff valves on your tub you can replace the internal one without draining the tub. the one in the shell you need to drain to replace (at least to the sensor hole level) I hope this helps you to get your tub working properly again, if you still experience issues after this, I suggest biting the bullet and calling in a tech. your electronic climate controller is bad, and needs to be replaced, it is now running in the default position. Best pace to find one is in a local junkyard or on ebay.

I am assuming your talking about your ac. if so you can run a self diagnostic check, if you have manual temp control the led on the rear defogger can blink codes. turn car on, turn blower knob on(anyspeed), temp full cool, zone to defrost. press defogger button for 5 secs until it blinks. if it goes out 1st test is ok, rotate zone control and each section will be tested, the light will blink for each zone and then go out if it is ok, if it stays on this may be where your problem is.

e-f relates the evaporator fan. lasttime i had that happen it was problem with the mother board located under the refrig, replaced it and all was well
