Question about XM Radio XM Direct 2 Mini-Tuner Car Kit for XM Ready Aftermarket Radios Satellite
I have a kenwood KVT-915DVD head unit in my car. I just bought the XM Direct 2 and had that installed in my car. Everything works great and I can save my presets, but when I turn off the engine, I lose all of my presets. Is there a way to fix this problem?
On the adapter cable if there is a separate cable for power connect the positive directly to battery power as opposed to ignition. The memory resides on the xmdirect2 module not on the head unit.
