I have an A4tech wireless optical battery freee mouse. My problem is it keeps freezing all the time, and the only way to fix it is reboot. I have just re-formatted my hdd and did a clean install of the lastest drivers. I'm running windows xp pro with sp3. Any help would be appreciated
-   exactly the same problem but with SP2. I have the NB-90 model. I use it with generic window's driver. I can't use the "office button" but still the rest of the button work's fine.-   yevgeny

My son is playing an Internet game from the National Geographic Website; there's a screen with the game inset on the main kids game page, but everytime he uses the arrow keys (which the instructions say to do--and we've tried a joystick and it doesn't work), it automatically scrolls the *entire* page, including the inset screen where he's trying to play the game, which makes it impossible to play. Tried scroll lock, unplugging mouse, etc., nothing works. How do you get it to just leave the screen there while still being able to use the arrow keys to play the game?
