What is needed is a multimeter and a screw driver to open the set. Check the continuity of the cord wire to the set, check through the fuse and check the power supply. If there is no power to the main panel then the power supply must be checked. If not the processor section can be faulty. Check the 5 volt rail to the processor.

My Vizio E600I-B3 TV is turning off. It did this for a couple of months and it would sometimes take a minute before we could turn it back on. Is this a power supply board problem?

it is a capacitor issue, when you charge or turn the tv on the capacitor has to charge, the capacitor storage of power, than it discharges to the circuit design for, one or more capacitors maybe bad or defective, there mite be a crack in the capacitor. take the tv into a dark room than turn it on to find what capacitor is bad, and what part of the module. look for burn areas on the capacitors and any type of ground or frame of the tv.

How do you put all my pictures on my sim card?

I think that your sim card doesn't support pictures on it, maybe you must try to put them on your memory card. And i think it's easy. You can search for "options>Copy>Card"

Samsung TV...Turn on tv, it operates for maybe a minute, then shuts itself off and has a consistant clicking pattern, like a relay switch. Sometimes turns itself back on

Not knowing the specific model for your Samsung TV and how old it is, I can only offer this possibility because I've encountered what sounds like the same problem. Certain models of Samsung HDTVs around 3-4 years back have a design problem with their power supplies - they put in the wrong size capacitors (aka "Caps"). After a few years, the capacitors fail, and the power supply also fails. I think it's possible to replace individual capacitors, but most likely you will have to replace the power supply. Unfortunately if it's out of warranty, it will cost several hundred dollars, especially for a home / onsite visit. There is a visible symptom - from 2-6 capacitors on the power supply board will bulge out, as shown in this pic:digizen.jpg
You might try calling Samsung customer service and tell them you are aware of problems with their power supply design, and try to get them to repair the TV for free, especially if you are just out of warranty.

No Power

IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH A SOLDERING IRON THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE FIX, IT IS SIMPLY A MATTER OF FAILED CAPACITORS ON THE POWER SUPPLY COMPONENT BOARD.
USUALLY A PAIR OF THEM OR MAYBE 3, VERY SIMILAR TO THE SAME ISSUE WITH PHILIPS DVP-642 MODEL.
REMOVE THE TOP <WHICH YOU HAVE TO DO TO REMOVE THE DVD> AND YOU WILL SEE THE BULGED OUT CAPACITORS, THEY WILL PROBABLY HAVE GUNK ON TOP OF THEM.

ILO DVDR05 DVD Recorder

Same problem and I'm seeing two obviously bad capacitors on the power supply card on mine, a 2200 uf and a 1000 uf. I'm thinking that's the problem, though I haven't tried replacing yet.

Continous flashing power light

Sometimes (at least in my case) 2 of these caps will be bad.
1000uf 16v & 470uf 16v.

I have replaced with original values, but these caps are getting awfully hot...

If/when I need to preform repair again I will probably use a greater value for the caps. (higher rating)
