the file,doubleclick on the file, if you get introubles ,then

You need to write X2480 in the box that says "Search by printer model" They cannot display all Lexmark printers in pictures.

If it has only Vista, it means that the printer is not compatible with xp.

I cant find 2400 series. It starts with 2500 series
I have done this and when it says to choose windows it only has vista choices. Does this mean that they dont have a driver for windows xp? Cant see it listed. Sorry to sound dumb. Just gettin into computers and self teaching.
