I am using n3110c.when i start my phone it shows a message" forphone restricted" help me to what i do..........................

When the operator buys the phone from Nokia,they restrict them to their networks inorder to protect their invest, hence the restriction.

If your phone was unlocked then, its possible to use different sim cards in there.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about this. The caller is the one that hid the number, preventing you from knowing who is calling.

The caller is doing it deliberately, so that you won't know his/her number.

So it is left for you to either receive the call or reject it.
