Question about Fanimation Bon Aire White Remote Control - Fan Light - C24
Im trying to change the direction on the remote acess on the wall, but the fan is not corporating. The fan has 5 buttons Hi, Med, Low, Off Fan Light, and Rev. Fan. The fan is going in the wrong direction. Ive tried pushing the button and then pushing the fan and done both at the same time. There is also a on off switch on the controler and a switch on the wall that controls the fan.
Not sure if this addresses your problem or not, but with my Minka Aire ceiling fans, the fan has to be moving in order to change the fan direction. Turn the fan on (any speed works), then push the reverse button. The fan will speed up to max, then you'll hear the gears switching. The fan will slow to a stop, change directions and get back up to speed in the new direction.
