Where did you get the part? I'd go back to them for instructions. Usually, instructions will come with the part. or
try MFG of the part for install instructions.
Or try a repair manual for the make model year, possibly serial number at manualslib.com

I can provide you with diagrams for the old Carrier therm and for the new Filtrete therm. But, I would need to know what the model numbers are for each therm plus how many speeds AC you have.

I couldn't find one based on the serial number. It's easier if you use the model number.

I'm assuming RD stands for Rental Deluxe.
If not have a look at the manuals that are available to find the right one for your machine.
