Question about NEC VT570 Multimedia Projector

NEC VT695 (not a vt570) bad lamp blowing ballast board?

Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;}I am working on 2 NEC VT695's (we have hundreds of them). However, one of them is not lighting lamps, when I put a new or known good one in it, it does not light or will try to light then go out immediately after the initial HV ignt charge. And when I take the lamp back out and put it another projector that projector will no longer work either. Can a lamp cause the ballast board to go bad on another projector? (All pins are infinite on ohms, and not shorted which I would expect with a good uhp/vhp lamp or a bad one). This is not a fluke; I have gone through 4 lamps and now 2 projectors. Do you have any Idea's?
PS- the original projector that is causing the problem seems to have a bad n-ch MOSFET on the ballast board (not shorted). But I am still confused on how one projector can burn a lamp and that lamp burn out a ballast board in another projector? Any input would be helpful.

We have the same model here at our school too. I know of two that have done exactly what you said. I am trying to figure out if this is NEC fault. Bulbs are expensive and if the projector and NEC is a fault; we will definitely be moving on to a different brand.

A train leaves Middelburg at 09:00 and arrives in Johannesburg at 11:00 having traveled a distance of 180 km. Find the average speed of the train in m/s.

Journey time 2hrs = 2 x 60 mins = 2 x 60 x 60 seconds
Distance 180 km = 180,000 m
Average speed = 3 x 6 x 10000 / 2 x 6 x 6 x 100 m/s
= 6 x 6 x 100 x 100 / [2 x (2 x 6 x6 x100)] m/s
= 100 / 4 m/s
= 25 m/s

Commutative property of multiplication 3*7*2=

If there was a question it is not clear. I will show you what commutativity works. Whether that answers your lack of question remains to be seen.
Commutativity of multiplication (or the commutative property of multiplication) means that the order of the factors in a product does not affect the result. In other word, the order of factors is unimportant.
3*7+2 =7*3+2=23
2*7*3=2*3*7=7*2*3=7*3*2=3*2*7=3*7*2=42
