Medion MDPPC150 - no instructions

Hi, husband just bought second hand MDPPC150 - but it has no instructions. He assures me it has got sat nav - but I can't find any! Does sat nav come as standard with this or does it have to be downloaded? and if so, how?
any help gratefully received

thanks - I hadn't been able to find that link- the storage card is blank! so need to download GPS? Where do I start?

The sat nav is on the memory card go to start ,programs,file explorer,click storage card icon on bottom of page then press medion navi---it will load after you accept it good luck
