Question about D-Link 802.11g Wireless Router WBR-1310 (WBR1310)
Thank you for the last fix. Now, If you can tall how to get the lap-top to let me go online( laptop says that the page is unavailable to me, doesnt recognise it), that would be great. Also, every time I try to get the lap top to go online I loose the capabilities to get the desk top online. I have to reset the router to get the desk top to again.
Please check the wireless settings for your laptop.
using your laptop,
first, go to command prompt and type services.msc
second, check WLAN if it was set to automatic. if not click stop and double click WLAN and set it to automatic before clicking start.
using desktop pc that is connected to the router
first, access the modem software of your d-link router
second, goto wirelesss settings
third, set channel to maximum level
fourth, apply settings

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
