We use this phone with our vonage voip account. Certain callers can not hear us when we switch one of the wireless remotes to speakerphone mode. But others can. We can't figure it out and it's hard to replicate the problem consistenly. Any thoughts?

I unplugged the power from the base unit and replugged it in. It seems to be working fine know.

I have a panasonic KX-TG6051CM 5.8 phone with 3 handsets. After less than a year 2 of the 3 handsets developed the same problem, almost in the same time ( a couples of hours apart). The battery indicator shows low battery and is charging continuously even though the battery is fully charged ( when i swap the battery with my 3rd handset, the battery indicator shows fully charged and works fine ). The handsets were never dropped, never used in a moisture ladden environment ( like bathroom ) and when not in use they were kept in the charger. Any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.

I could tell the base unit was about to go a few days ago. Have had the phone for years with intermittent problems but it has been for quite awhile now. However, the screen on the unit started to blink a bit a few days ago. Had a feeling it was about to go but the phone kept working until this morning when it suddenly dies. After reading that changeing the cord might work, I replace the unit power cord with one from my handset and the phone is working again! Thanks for the suggestion!

Try unplugging all units from the AC outlets as well as the phone connection. Leave disconnected for a few minutes. Re-connect all units and try calling out or have someone call in. this should correct the problem.
