Question about Dynex 19 in. LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
While I was flipping channel on tv and had a power outage then tv saying No Database.. My other tv works and so what the heck does that mean?
What you have to do it go to the TV Menu and go to channel. Then go to channel scan and do one of those. THe problem is that is just doesnt know where to look for channels, but a quick scan will fix that.

I solved the no database problem by unplugging it overnight and doing an auto scan on the free channels then doing an auto-scan on with the cable connected.......i did follw the solution above but this did work for me.

Sloved!!! All you have to do is unplug the power and the cable connection for a day... It will reset the database.. Then put power back on to the TV and turn on the tv on one channel without cable.. Then set the tv to air instead of Tvcable... The database should reset itself and then change the tv mode back to TV cable...The TV is working fine..
