Hi, in order to help you fix your problem we first must address the obvious . First things first go to your homes breaker box locate the breaker for the dryer ,flip it off and then back on. Sometimes even if the breaker does not look tripped it can be. If the dryer still has no response ,you may still have an issue with the dryer plug or the dryer cord . Assuming these are okay most likely the dryer has blown a thermal fuse,a small typically two wire safety device. Normally located on the discharge duct of the blower/ drive motor. The thing to remember is it probably blew either because of age,or a restriction in the dryer hose or vent. If not remedied could pose as a fire hazard and should at the very least be inspected. And depending on your skill set,I would not attempt to disassemble your dryer unless you have the necessary experience .just make sure that whatever you do ,you turn the power to the dryer off at the breaker...hope that helps..
