Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
I have a sansa sandisk 1g. it is stuck on refresh database.i did what you wrote on your site but still it stuck on refresh database screen.what else can i do to make it work please help.thank you
Hi badgirlbx i think i know the answer to your problem. First make sure the player is turned off. Now when the player is turned off slide the lock switch it will be showing orange. After that press the middle button or should i say center button while connecting the player to your computer dont let go of the button until your computer is showing the player. Now it should appear as a drive. Right click on it then choose format. Make sure the file system is FAT32 then after that choose yes. All the files on your player would be erase but the player would be fix hope this helps.

What you will need to do is to update the firmware on the device..once you update the firmare it should be working fine...
