Question about Protron PLTV-32 Television
Like all the other folks out there, My Protron PLTV 32 is dead. I mean black..nothing. The remote doesn't work and when I press the manual "source" button on the top of the TV nothing happens. I have to unplug it to turn it off (green light appears on front of monitor) and when I manually press the power button on the top of the tv I get a red light. That is all it does. Naturally the warranty expired 3 months ago. Any ideas...anyone have any success with fixing Protron problems themselves?? Help anyone! Arrrgggg! yes.
I solved the problem, got rid of the tv.

I recently thought my Protron TV was dead. But great Solution!!!! Just unplug the TV for about 3 to 5 minutes. Plug it back int and Viola!!!. TV is back to normal.

I had a pwer supply for my Protron 32 inch TV that was not working. I bought the one on ebay and it stopped working after only three weeks. Ultimately I found a guy who could fix my original power supply for a reasonable price. It been working for a year now with no problems. I wish I would have tried him first!!!!
