It is recommended to replace every 105,000 miles

You need to change the cam as well and you will need to check each lifter to see if you need to change the rocker assembly. If the rocker Assembly is worn out that may be your only problem. The lifters if they leaked would rattle if they leaked down but after warming up would stop, however if they rattle all the time it could be just the rocker assembly worn out but would need to know which engine is in it as there are 4 listed for that unit.

replace the heating core but change the antifreeze first and clean the system and make sure there's no stop leak in the hoses. you will need to flush the heater core out completely several times to know for sure.

remove unit then look around unit for plastic caps that may twist out counterclockwise not 2 fimilar with this car but first step remove unit

There is a cover over the bulb that is removed by turning counter clockwise. (as viewed from the back of the housing)
Remove the spring clip that holds the bulb and pull out bulb.
Plug in new bulb (do not touch glass with hands) and install re-install spring clip and back cover.

There are two little fasteners that need to be pryed/pulled off. They will pull off with a little force. I got one started with a screwdriver and the other with a pair of needle nose pliers. Once these two fasteners are off, the cover should come right out.

Let a mechanic do it. Messing with your transmission is crazy. If you have never had your transmission fluid changed I wouldnt even do it. Changing it might cause problem, the transmission is used to a thicker fluid seeing it would be older. Putting new thinner fluid in could ruin it
