Question about Logitech LX7 Cordless Optical Mouse
This mouse comes with a dongle receiver for usb, i have it plugged in i have connected using the mouse connect i have tried reset nothing happens, my computer picks up the dongle and says new hardware added and ready to use but nothing my mouse cursor just sits there idle. Any help i would appreciate
Had the same problem. But before filling the logitech RMA from to get a replacement, I put new batteries into the mouse and the mouse worked again.
I am using rechargeable batteries, and I seems to me even if the green light on the bottom of the mouse is on, the driver warning for low battery does not come on. May be the volage drops to fast with a older set of batteries.
Try out new batteries. Hope this helps.
I am using the LX7 mouse for more than 2 years with lost of abuse (>10x drops from shoulder hight to hard office floor, sitting dongle in my pocket and dropping my backpack onto the floor with the dongle on the botton in the backpack).
