Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer
Hello, I am receiving this error message on our brand new printer. It's a bizhub 353p. It says to open the front door then close it to reset, but it keeps coming back. I can't find any obstructions or jams, i've tried power on/off, and unplugging it for a while - still comes back! Does anyone have any ideas on what this problem could be?
Thanks for your time!
