Could a CDMA celphone from verizon be unlock to work with another corrier that uses sim cards outside the u.s.

From Verizon, no. Phones that accept sim cards are designed to be used on GSM networks not CDMA. If you were to get a RAZR V3 from T-Mobile or AT&T you would be able to unlock those and use them on any GSM network.

Hope this helps

I put in a sim card 3g from another phone but all it says is no service all the time...

thus your simcard work on other phone?

If it thus well then the phone where you are trying to put your sim card might be lock to a single network, all you need to do is have your phone be openline or unlock to a network, is that case you can access you phone on all different kind of network or simcard.

It can be done thru a service center or cellphone repair shop, their gonna use special flashing tools and software.

Unlock my motorola V3 phone

You need to contact the Manufacturer of the phone, not your phone company for this. Call the Maker of your phone to have them provide you with the unlock code. Only they have this code, and most companies Nokia, Samsung, LG, require you to have the phone for 60 days before you unlock it. Your also going to have to call the phone company of the Sim Card and let them know what you are trying to do.

Razr v3

Yes. Just buy a pay as you go sim card and pop it in the phone but if you buy as sim from another network you may need to get the phone unlocked. What I mean is, if you are on Orange, for example, you will be able to use an Orange pay as you go sim but if the new sim is from T-Mobile you might need to get your phone unlocked

Motorola Razr v3 cell phone

The way yo can tell if it's unlocked it's by installing two different types of SIM cards, let's say one from Cingular/ATT and then one for T-Mobile, if they both work...then it's unlocked. They might have not unlocked it properly. Let me know I can try to help

Unable to send/receive picture messages

Perhaps ask your network provider to send you a new SIM card with MMS capability - remember to ask to keep your number.
Once you receive the SIM, you will have to call your network provider's customer service department to activate it.
The whole thing takes around 3 days to do, and it's worth it just to find out.
