Question about Samsung HP-R4252 42 in. Plasma HDTV
I have a Samsung HP-R4252 and when turned on, it appears to have a flashing band of pixels in various colors. I have a Youtube movie of this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9FEqtrEW30
One of the processors on the the Y-upper buffer seems to have burned out as the soder is melted. So when I unplugged the lower Y-buffer boad, only the lower half of the screen shows up but with the same type of fireworks and no picture.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've watch your problem on youtube , that problem can be from main board. But to make sure main board problem, you should check without inputs first. Unplug all input (HDMI, Component, AV in, PC).
Than turn on your tv again. If that conditions still appear, i suggest you to call samsung technician to repair it.
