'192.168.0.116' is the wrong range for the router. The Cisco manager allocates the ranges the router will use.

Getting Started Guide Cisco 3700 Series Access Points

1.With an online-capable game inserted into your Nintendo DS, turn on your system and access the game's main menu.
2.Access the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection settings.
-These settings are typically found by selecting "Nintendo WFC" from the game's main menu. For detailed directions, consult the manual for the game.
3.At the Setup screen, tap "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings."
4.Tap a connection file labeled "None."
-If no empty connection files are available, select "Erase Settings" followed by "OK" to create an empty connection file.
5.Tap on "Search for an Access Point."
6.The Nintendo DS will search for any wireless networks within range. Once it is finished searching, it will display the names of all the wireless networks it finds.
oIf you receive the error message "No Compatible Access Points Within Range," click here.
7.Tap on the name of your wireless router or access point.
oIf there is a gray padlock next to the name of the wireless access point you wish to connect with, this indicates your router is using a security type incompatible with the Nintendo DS.
If prompted, use the keyboard on the bottom screen to enter the password for your wireless router or access point.
8.Select "OK," "Save Settings," and then "Yes." The Nintendo DS will run a connection test.
9.The connection test was successful - Your Nintendo DS is now connected online.
Situation Not Resolved:
If the connection test was not successful, you will receive an error code:
·Error Code 51300: This means the security code or network name entered into the Nintendo DS is not the same one the router is set to. To reach your connection settings, click "back" on the error code screen. Make sure to pay extra attention to the security key you find in your router's settings and enter it exactly as it appears (the key is case sensitive).

How to Connect Nintendo DSi to the Internet

1 You must either have broadband internet access and a wireless router or you can connect your Nintendo DSi at a hotspot, such as a library or coffee shop that offers internet access. Make sure you are in a location mentioned above before going to step 2.

The nintendo dsi needs a wireless router transmitting in MIXED mode, meaning that it transmits using B mode as well as G or for newer routers N mode. If it is setup to transmit in G or N only, then the DSI will not detect it.

Also, the DSI is not compatible with WPA security. You need to set up a weaker WEP security code or turn off wifi security altogether.

Also, make sure the router is broadcasting the SSID name which is the name of the wireless router.
