Extremely sorry about the chat session... We're having some connection problems.. ANyways your device is not Compatible with PAL input. Its NTSC only(US). However there is a work around. You can get the PAL to NTSC converter(costs around 30$) that will enable you to play PAL on your Device.

Also I can help you find the maps for it if you need them..

Sai.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have 2 lg repair the same trouble vertical horizontal rolling

Vertical or frame rolling indicates adjustment of the frame hold is required or perhaps there is a synchronisation fault.

Breaking of the picture in the horizontal plane is caused by the line hold requiring adjustment though the symptom can be connected with interior or exterior signal problems or perhaps a power supply fault, especially where both the line and frame are affected together.
It is probably a task for an engineer or at least someone with access to the servicing instructions.

What is ntse cctv camera and pal cctv camera

NTSC and PAL are two major international standards for broadcast television. Because the systems are different, a camera (or a televison) designed for one system may not work with the other. You'll also see this with video tapes: a recording made for one system will not play back on the other. Much of North America uses NTSC while most of Europe uses PAL.

There's also a third system, SECAM, though it's on the way out.

In your problem #1. try to do a fine tuning of the channel or adjust the horizontal adjustments. For the problem#2. Access the system setup of your television, from there you can choose either PAL signal or NTSC signal to operate in your system.

I can't find any info on the monitor. The problem is likely a problem with the sync circuitry of the monitor which is responsible for the constant rolling of the image, or with the image source - the camera.

There are probably no user serviceable parts / adjustment for the monitor (or camera for that matter). Until someone can give you more specific help you do some checking with a different sources (another camera or video source like a VCR, DVD, etc.) to identify which is is the culprit. If the picture doesn't clean up with a different source, the monitor is the likely source and it'll have to be checked out at a TV repair shop (remember when they were everywhere?) or by a CCTV service company.

I hope you get more help on this but at least you've got a starting point. Good luck!

Can I connect a miniature cctv camera direct to a dvd player to view live pictures and use it when reversing my camper van.

Yes you can.
You need dvd player with video in signal. This is a bit tricky to find.
You need miniature camera with video out plug.
You may need to find proper plugs for connection but a normal electronics store should have adapters if needed.

Monitor and recorded picture out of sync.

It sounds like the sync pulse is not being recorded properly. I don't see too many PAL decks here in the Us, so I'll have to research this a bit. One thing you can try though, is to play back a previously recorded betacam tape and report the results. We need to determine whether the problem is in the record or playback circuitry.

Thanks,
Dan

Picture keeps rolling

The picture rolling is simply because the PAL decoder can't lock up to the 60Hz vertical sync pulses, even if your DVD player is set to NTSC-PAL conversion and there is no vertical hold adjustment (either external or internal) on this model set to achieve this. There is a possible alternative only if your DVD player has RGB output (not component). The JVC for example has direct RGB drive capability via the SCART input on the back panel. If you get a suitable lead you could try getting a picture this way as it bypasses the decoding and sync sep circuits in the PAL decoder chip.
