Question about HP Cameras
Took pics at work all day. went to upload them to my laptop and it says there are no new pics on my camara yet i can view them on my camara. when i take the memory caard out, the camara says there are no pics at all on the camara. the last time i put the card in my camara it then said i needed to format the card. well i really need those pics off that memory card and i tried it in another camara and it said i needed to format the card as well. i have used this card many times without fail, but my camara i just bought used the other day. it is a HP Photosmart E327. am at a loss as to what to do. if i format the memory card i am thinking i will lose my work photos and then i do not get paid. so there has got to be a setting that has been changed or something...if i reset my settings on my camara will i lose any photos? any suggestions?
Basically picture files in memory card have corrupt data that's why computer doesn't recognize it.
HP recommends following action...
Close the HP Image Zone or HP Photosmart Software, disconnect the camera from the computer, and reset the camera. (can see this at HP Support)
2nd option is to find some memory card data recovery software on internet and use it to correct data files in memory card.
